This is a full voting member meeting. All those newly elected at the Convention on September 12, must do their level best to attend or to send a proxy if unable to attend. The official Proxy form for this meeting at W.O. Riley Park is attached. It must be provided in paper or electronically to Randy Gilbert at email@example.com .
BRING A COMFORTABLE CHAIR, WE MIGHT NEED TO SPREAD OUT FROM THE RURITAN SHELTER.
The major purpose of this meeting is to fulfill the requirements of our Plan of Organization and get all elected positions filled, which are: Vice-Chair, Secretary, Treasurer, Activities Chair, Events Chair, Finance Chair, and all District and Precinct Chairs. If you wish to be considered, please fill out the SCRC Elected Position Application and return it to me by 6 pm, Monday, Sept. 21, 2020 (attached).
I’m asking each Precinct to meet before Sept 24 (in person, by email, or phone) to work out who will be the Precinct Chair, so we can save some time. We will also spend time collecting the required $20 dues and signing a Voting Member agreement the work you will be committed to do.
We are in a sprint for 2020 campaigning and we must ALL hit the ground running (so to speak), therefore we will talk about how to unite and get EVERYONE to declare what project(s) they will be working on to help get President Donald Trump and Congressman Ben Cline re-elected, and get Daniel Gade elected to the U.S. Senate. Especially the Gade campaign, needs our committed help.
