Meeting Call of the Shenandoah County Republican Committee
I, Randy Gilbert, Chairman of the Shenandoah County Republican Committee, do hereby issue
this Call for a meeting of the Committee to be held at the following time and location:
Thursday, December 12, 2019 at 7:00 pm
Shenandoah County General District Court
1st Floor Courtroom, 215 Mill Road, Woodstock, VA 22664
This is a full Committee meeting. Regular members; do your best to attend, but if you’re unable
to, then please find a proxy (i.e. a ShenCo Republican voter, not a regular member of the
Committee) and complete the attached Proxy form. If you need help finding a proxy, please
contact me asap. PLEASE SIGN IN WHEN YOU ENTER, so we can expedite our Roll Call process.
Associate Members; you are always welcome to attend, but you won’t have voting privileges. We
need your help more and more for the work of the committee. Come and share ideas if you can.
The major purpose of this meeting is to prepare for a successful 2020, which includes major election
campaigns and supporting our Republican officers and representatives who are up against an
onslaught of progressive leftwing and socialist tactics to harm our country, our state, and our county.
We need to work hard to turn our victories in 2019 into a TRUMP AND CLINE VICTORY (and
WARNER DEFEAT) in 2020, and preparation for a TURNING VIRGINIA RED AGAIN VICTORY in 2021!
The following is the proposed meeting agenda:
Call to Order
Opening: Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance, & Reading of the Republican Creed
Roll Call and Secretary’s Report (determine quorum and approval of previous minutes)
Approval of the Agenda
Announce vacancies and vote in new members.
