  1. The Credentials Committee shall decide any question, by majority vote of the committee, that may arise concerning the qualifications of a candidate or eligibility to vote.

  5. The name of each candidate who has filed for delegate shall appear on the ballot alphabetically, as the method for determining ballot listing order. Preceding each candidate name will be a sequential number (e.g. 1, 2, … n) to assist in tallying votes for each candidate. 1. Option #1 – vote for all candidates by selecting one checkbox; voters who elect to use this option acknowledge that they are voting for all listed candidates on the ballot. This option will be listed above Option #2; and
    2. Option #2 – vote for candidates individually by selecting the checkbox next to their names. This option will be listed below Option #1; and
    3. Restriction – Voters will use one option or the other, but not both. Ballots that have both Option #1 and any checkbox selected in Option #2 will not be counted. This restriction will be clearly notated above Option #1 near the top of the ballot.
  6. As soon as the polls are closed, the Credentials Committee shall immediately proceed to ascertain the vote given at the Canvass and shall continue without adjournment until they declare the results of the canvass. Only the members of the Credentials Committee shall be permitted to remain in the room once the polls have closed and until the ballots are
