Call for September 19, 2017 Roanoke County Republican Committee Meeting
“I, Gene Rose, as Chairman of the Roanoke County Republican Committee do hereby call a meeting of the Roanoke County Republican Committee to be held at the Roanoke County Administration Building, located at 5204 Bernard Drive, Roanoke at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, September 19, 2017 for the following purposes:

1. Annual Financial Review
2. Report on ShrimpFest 2017
3. Campaign updates
4. RPV Advance – December
5. Calendar Updates
6. Support for Republican candidates in the general election
7. Election of New Members; and
8. The transaction of other business as may properly come before the meeting.

Campaign Updates
Chair asks that he be notified in advance if someone wants to speak for a candidate. Candidates themselves don’t need to notify the Chair in advance.

Financial review
Our annual financial review report will be read.

Report on ShrimpFest 2017
Results of our 2017 fundraiser. It was a success!

Save the Dates

We will discuss all the various events in the near future.

2017 Republican Advance
Good news. December 8 & 9 at the Homestead.

Election Day is November 7th
We will discuss how our committee can help our Republican nominees win election locally ans statewide.

Proxy Form 
Please use the proxy form provided below when you are unable to attend a Roanoke County Republican Committee meeting. The Committee Bylaws state that no member of the County Committee may vote the proxy of another member. Please also remember that individuals who miss three consecutive meetings of the Roanoke County Republican Committee will be removed from the membership rolls.
